My Story
I hold a Master’s degree in technology and have had the privilege of working across Europe, the USA, China, and India. What began as a hands-on technical role gradually evolved into a leadership journey where I held senior positions such as Director, VP, and CTO in global organizations.
This exciting journey exposed me to diverse nationalities, cultures, and mindsets, each bringing unique challenges and perspectives. Solving these complex problem statements was not just about delivering outcomes — it was about understanding people, building trust across borders, and keeping relationships strong even under pressure.
Alongside these professional milestones, I learned the art of holding life’s many threads together — balancing demanding responsibilities at work with the equally important role of nurturing personal connections. These experiences shaped my perspective on what it truly means to succeed without losing balance.
Over time, I realized that the greatest victories are not just measured in business outcomes, but in the ability to maintain clarity, peace, and meaningful relationships while navigating complexity.
